Kirsty Wilson is an MCIPD-qualified HR and change professional with APMG Change Management accreditation and over 25 years of experience leading HR functions and driving people-centred transformation across diverse sectors. She partners with organisations facing growth, restructuring, and complex change—helping design future-fit operating models, build leadership capability, and embed lasting culture shifts.
Known for her practical approach and sharp insight, Kirsty provides both thought leadership and hands-on team leadership to turn complexity into clarity and momentum. Grounded in values of collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity, she ensures change delivers meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
